Here’s five of our favourite exercise classes. Combine these classes together and you’ll get your fitness off to a flying start!

As our classes are so popular, we’d always recommend pre-booking your classes in advance to secure your place. Members can book over the phone. Non-members must purchase a day-pass and book at reception on the day.



What is it? This popular class combines martial arts with cardiovascular conditioning and helps to tone up the body. It’s high impact, high energy and highly enjoyable!

How will it benefit you? This is a fantastic way to beat stress and get fit.

When does it take place? Wednesdays at 5:45pm


Blitz 20

What is it? This is a killer 20 min aerobic High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. 

How will it benefit you? It’s designed to give an all over full body toning and aerobic experience in only 20 minutes. The class is suitable for all fitness levels as our Energybase team will provide options for every exercise to make it harder or easier with clear goals for you to progress.

Box Fit

What is it? Box fit is a fitness class that incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques. It’s aimed at people of all ages and fitness standards.

How will it benefit you? It is a fun, challenging and safe way to get fit quickly!

When does it take place? Saturdays at 10am


Complete core class

What is it? A fitness class that incorporates the use of fit balls, dyna bands and dumbbells.

How will it benefit you? The class aims to develop and maintain core strength and stability whilst working other muscles of the body.

When does it take place: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday! Check out our timetable for the latest times.



What is it? A high intensity aerobic and conditioning workout class that mixes inter-changeable drills.

How will it benefit you? It gives participants an effective, mixed ability, aqua-fitness experience every time. As well as improving cardio fitness, this class also promotes weight loss long after the workout has finished.

When does it take place: Fridays at 1:10pm
