What is an Induction?
Similar to a programme, one of our fitness professionals will based this on your goals. An induction is a guided walk through on how to use our gym equipment. These can be completed individually or as a group, so you have the option to join with a friend or two.

With over 10 years working within Health and Fitness, I believe in a healthy body, healthy mind. Providing training sessions in a range of disciplines from weight training, body weight, interval training, any equipment - with my favourite being kettlebells.
