When cancelling a reservation, some of the major aspects of United Airlines Cancellation Policy are important to remember. The following are some of them:


* United Airlines' cancellation policy varies depending on whether the flight is international or local.

* Both refundable and non-refundable tickets can be cancelled.

* The cancellation policy will be the same regardless of the travel class chosen.

* There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation within the risk-free 24-hour period.

* While a refundable fare is more expensive than a non-refundable fare, the benefits of purchasing a refundable fare are bigger, more flexible, and more convenient when it comes to cancellation.

* If you fail to show up for a flight, United Airlines will offer e-Credit in return for future trips.

 Whether you booked a refundable or non-refundable price, you will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your flight at the last minute.  There will be no reimbursement for retaining a non-refundable ticket after the time limit has passed.

* Whether selecting a refundable or non-refundable rate, a cancellation charge must be paid if United Airlines tickets are cancelled on the day of departure.

* If the check-in procedure is not completed on time, there will be no reimbursement.
