Overview

Yin Yan Yoga is a slower placed practice that targets the connective tissues, such as joints and bones. It is mainly floor based and from outside can look very simple, but as we hold each posture for an extended period of time it makes the practice more challenging. It perfctly complements yang styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa. It calms and balances the mind, reduces stress and increase mobility.
