Steven has been working in the fitness industry for over ten years, it has allowed him to gain invaluable experience working with people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
He has always been interested various sports like Football and Basketball. He has good knowledge and understanding of these sports and the various training methods that these sports require.

Hey, I’m Rochelle. My focus is to help our members become comfortable in the gym and to create fun and effective workouts, making you want to come back for more.
I see myself as the trainer that progresses with you, easing you into more challenging exercises along your fitness goals and building to find your potential to become fitter, stronger and healthier.
I specialise in cardio/aerobic activity and body strength and conditioning, using body weight exercises and resistance machines. My personal preferences in training are aerobic interval training, strengthening my core, and toning up my legs, glutes and abdominal muscles.

Gareth has been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years and has always enjoyed being healthy and exercising. His dad introduced him to Rugby when he was a young boy, which he played during his childhood. He then changed sport to Martial Arts, which he has done for over 10 years. He is always reading and researching the latest developments in the Health and Fitness Industry.
His main driver for working in this industry is that he is able to suggest ways both in and out of the gym for people to make their life healthier.
