Get your gym induction
When you sign up at our gym, we’ll arrange your gym induction session, which is a guided walk through on how to use our gym equipment. During this session one of our fitness professionals will also help you come up with a fitness plan based this on your goals.
Your gym induction session can be completed individually or as a group, so you have the option to join with a friend or two.
If you’ve been a member for a while and are looking for advice about how our fitness equipment works, we’re more than happy to guide you. Our Personal Trainers are qualified to offer advice and tips on how to use the gym equipment to get the best results. Ask at reception on your next visit, and we’ll arrange for someone to chat with you.

With over 10 years working within Health and Fitness, I believe in a healthy body, healthy mind. Providing training sessions in a range of disciplines from weight training, body weight, interval training, any equipment - with my favourite being kettlebells.

It was always about the right exercise, the right meals and never feeling restricted. Providing a long term, healthy lifestyle that is easy and fun to maintain.
