Coffee House Sessions is a music platform, launched in September 2013 with Huw Stephens from Radio 1, allowing you to see the very best breaking acts performing live for free in intimate venues. Here at Student Central (formerly ULU) you will be able to see the next big thing, all from the comfort of The Library Bar.
Each week a new act will perform fantastic music – all you have to do is turn up!
This week we are joined by the incredibly talented Adam Wedd! In the past, Adam has worked with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Bastille’s Chris Wood and Status Quo’s frontman, Francis Rossi. Releasing his debut EP in 2013 through his own independent label, ‘Pensive Pop’, Adam saw his music being used across a variety of platforms, including for hit television drama, ‘Hollyoaks’. Both 2013′s ‘ People, Places, Things’ and 2014′s ‘Cathedrals’ and ‘Words Build Worlds’ EPs have achieved immense support from the BBC and Adam has had a variety of features on BBC 6′s New Music Mixtape. This year, Adam will be releasing his fourth EP alongside embarking on the Coffee House Sessions!
